On 19 May 2026, the SustainERA team gathered at Tallinn University Academic Library for a Theoretical Integration Workshop aimed at strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration and developing a shared understanding of sustainability across diverse perspectives.
As an interdisciplinary initiative, SustainERA brings together researchers from different academic backgrounds and methodological traditions to address sustainability challenges through collaborative research and knowledge exchange.
The workshop provided an opportunity for collective reflection and collaborative learning through a series of interactive sessions designed by Dr. Amy Shackelford, Dr. Halliki Kreinin, and Dr. Siret Talve. Participants explored shared values, reflected on theories of change, and discussed how research, education, and societal transformation can contribute to sustainable futures.
The workshop highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration in strengthening SustainERA’s research capacity and advancing innovative approaches to sustainability challenges.
